Overview

Lōk Zdo̠zvödbu Hadfow was founded durring the early 10th century, by Mp̪vénḱ Ermp̪f̄ 'Iris Trigress' Yóchīshv Gär Ca̋mēkī. The establishment of Lōk Zdo̠zvödbu Hadfow was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Lōk Zdo̠zvödbu Hadfow's construction back out of the project. Mp̪vénḱ Ermp̪f̄ 'Iris Trigress' Yóchīshv Gär Ca̋mēkī pushed on reguardles, and Lōk Zdo̠zvödbu Hadfow was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Lōk Zdo̠zvödbu Hadfow was built using the conventions of Wood Elf durring the early 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lōk Zdo̠zvödbu Hadfow is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Lōk Zdo̠zvödbu Hadfow is buildings are located arround a single broad paverstone mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the city a over all circular shape. The city posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. The failry decent fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

A look around Lōk Zdo̠zvödbu Hadfow makes it abundantly clear the city suffered something horrible some time ago. It's as if the town itself is depressed. Smiles are few, cheer is nowhere to be had. Everyone quietly goes about their daily business not looking anyone in the eye.

Cultural Notes

Lōk Zdo̠zvödbu Hadfow's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.
